LAST CALL! Registration closes September 17. There has been interest in attending the tour shown by members who own more modern cars than 1955. Since there are still tour openings and the time grows short I'm opening the tour to all antique Chevys and GMCs. If your state recognizes your car as an antique, you can participate in the tour. Just keep in mind we'll caravan to the venues at a speed suitable for the oldest vehicle on the tour. The folks at Doc's Hanger have advised me that Doc is scheduled to be in the hanger the day of our visit (barring a mechanical breakdown or weather that would prevent if from flying home from the airshow it will attend the weekend before). Our visit with Doc will include cockpit access. The host hotel has given us an excellent room rate of $90 per night plus taxes. If you own a pre 1955 vehicle, this is an excellent time to give it some exercise. We have more than adequate trailer parking. If you don't own a vehicle that old but want to attend, here's your chance. See you in October!

20th Southern Fall Tour

Visit, touch (includes cockpit access) and learn about one of only two airworthy B-29 Flying Fortresses, ride a 1949 vintage carousel, walk and dine among the dinosaurs, visit a wild west cow town recreation that has been used in several movies, hand feed exotic animals and more. Spend a week touring and experiencing the greater Wichita Kansas area in your pre 1955 Chevy or GMC. Tour space is limited so register early. The tour is limited to 40 pre 1955 vehicles.
