WAYS TO SUBMIT YOUR ANNUAL REGION CHAPTER RENEWAL:

  1. ELECTRONIC FORM (BELOW):  BEST WAY!
  2. POSTAL MAIL:  Mail the completed forms to the address on the form.
  3. EMAIL:  Email a completed 10.2 and a list of your active members to memberservices@vcca.org.  

DOWNLOAD AND PRINT the Annual Region Charter Renewal Form. 10.2 & 10.3.

Don’t forget to include your annual charter fee of $25. 

SEARCH TOOLS:

  1. Member Roster:  Use to search for member info like VCCA #, or expire date.
  2. Region Chapter Member Roster:  Your uploaded roster will be used to add/update/delete users.
  3. Region Chapter List: See how you’re currently listed.

Current bank balance, if any.
Max. file size: 50 MB.
Include at least their member number and name. Feel free to send your roster in PDF, JPG, MS-Word, MS-Excel, OpenDoc, CSV, or TEXT files.

Leave it zero (0) if you are mailing in a check.
