The brakes on my '32 are low and need adjusting They are new, and by the way this car is registered, inspected, and back on the road after at least 30 years (thanks in no small part to this forum). I would like to adjust them according to the manual, but do not have the brake-adjusting gauge they mention. Can someone advise me what it is for and how can I work around it?
