1940 Chevrolet 216 cubic inch short block. Complete with crank, cam, oil pan, timing gear cover, rods and pistons. It has been degreased, painted and stored inside for years. The rings were removed and the cylinder walls were coated with grease. $50 + shipping.

Still one 1940 short block for sale for $50. It's hard to believe that I sold one already on Chevy Chatter and that I still have one more to sell. Along with selling the more short block, I still have several cylinder heads, several really used exhaust manifolds with the heat risers that still work, several crankshafts, camshafts, etc. all for sale. Even after selling all of this stuff, I will still have enough used parts for my 40 to keep it on the road for years to come. Somehow I gotto make room for the 66 Chevelle project with all of its parts.

The exhaust manifold for a 1940 Chevrolet will not be the same as what you need for your 1935 207 cubic inch engine. For anyone out there in Chevy Chatterland, I still have one more 1940 216 short block for sale for $50.
