If you pick up or pay for shipping you can have the hood from a late full size 70's Chevy pick up truck...

I am not sure of what years it fits however if someone tells me how to figure that out I will post that information here.

67 and 68 hoods have a sloped front and letters CHEVROLET across the front. 69 and 70 hoods have a Bowtie emblem on the front and are steeper pitched at the front. 71 and 72 hoods have the steep pitch and no insignia of any kind. You can look at trucks for sale on Ebay and see what I am trying to explain.

Thanks, that is a good idea and I will check the hood design also; this hood was left by someone using my shop to work on their truck 15+ years ago and I have no idea of the year...it is a good solid hood and I hate to send it to the dump...
