Corvair Groupies to Gather Next Month


Owners and enthusiasts of Chevrolet's air-cooled engineering marvel will be heading to Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania in September to celebrate the Corvair.
This mini-convention is being put on by six different chapters of the Corvair Society of America and will be held at the Holiday Inn on Route 11 Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg from September 9-11.
Friday is the day of the concours, while the rally, econo-run and banquet will be held on Saturday. Sunday is when the funkhana will be held. Other events include a model car concours and an indoor/outdoor swap meet.
Even if your Corvair is not in show condition, stop by anyway and show your support for this great American classic.
