It sounds like you may have a radio de-lete plate that was removed from a car when the radio was installed.

Thanks Mr Mack and  JunkYardDog. I was hoping some of the radio guys would weigh in. I figured they had some catalogs earlier than mine.  JunkYardDog, I have the top end only of a 29-32 electrolock. It is a popout and includes the key. I will send it to you if you will email your address to me. Mike
