AntiqueMechanic Registered: 12/02/01 Posts: 7721 Loc: Vancouver, WA	Hi, The first step is to disassemble the switch and remove the wire that goes through the handle from the switch. Next is to remove the through bolt just at the end of the grip/handle. With this bolt removed you can pull the handle off.
