Speedline Backyard Mechanic Registered: 12/30/01 Posts: 270 Loc: Too far from the ocean	On my 1950 1/2 ton the shop manual says the transmission takes 1 1/2 pints of oil but doesn't mention the u-joint. If I remember correctly it takes 1/2 pint through the bearing lock plug near the U-joint ball. Can someone please confirm or correct my memory? I'll take the time to write it down this time!
