My older brother just died and one of the possessions he left his wife is a completely original 1931 Chevrolet Tudor Sedan. The car is complete but needs a complete restoration. It has been stored and not started for over 10 years but did run when he bought it.

I need help in valuing this car for eventual sale and I am having a hard time with the web sites I have visited coming up with suggestions. The car is located near Rochester New York. It has no "cancer" but some topical rust on the bumpers.

Any suggestions?
