The rods and mains should not be any tighter than 0.001" nor looser than 0.002" 0.0015" is perfect. Do not trust the pastigage only. Check the crank to make sure that it rotates smoothly with caps tight. Also check thrust on center main to be 0.003"-0.008". It will start to make noise at ~ 0.010". Will still run ok but make a troubling noise. Then put on the rods, tighten the caps and push side to side to see if they move ok. The should not push easily by hand and only take a light tap to move side to side. If all that is ok then you have it right.
