1941 Chevrolet Approved Mechanic's Certificate. It is framed in a 14.5" x 12 frame with a glass face. The certificate appears to be in very presentable condition with a sharp red color for the 2" high year "1941" presented in the middle. $20 + shipping. Email me for a picture.
