Hi Jimo. I am very interested in the rumble seat lid. Mine is all banged up and rotted out on the bottom. If you want to make a deal for it now please let me know. If you think you can sell it at the meet then go ahead, but I'm in real need for one now. What are you asking for it? Thanks, Ray

Mike, Check out Gaslight Auto Parts http://www.gaslightauto.com or Snyders Antique Auto Parts http://www.snydersantiqueauto.com. As I remember one of them has made or had them made. The are Model A & T Fourd suppliers but also have a few parts that fit our old Chevys. I have used Snyders for many, many years. If they don't have them then Car-line Manufacturing & Distribution, Inc. (409) 833-9757 ask for Paul. He can make them if he has a pattern. He had a pattern for the 1931 Roadster at one time but not sure about the Cabriolet, Coupe rumble seats. You may need to get a pattern or drawing if he does not have one. Please post any success or failure.

I just purchased rumble seat springs for my 31, 5 window coupe. Both the seat and the back from Hampton, in stock and reasonable. The only thing that I did not get is a wooden frame that goes on the trunk lid before the spring.
