I am ready to install the door wind lace on my 36 1/2 ton, but want to be sure I put it in the correct place. Any help would be appreciated.

P.U.Guy is your truck a high or low cab??? On the hihg cab the windlaace runs top to bottom on the front of the door only with the flat tucked under the door side panel and the upper front trim piece. It is run to about the top of the front upper trim piece then the rubber hose is cut short so thet the windlace is folded unner the top windown trim at its front end. The upper door openning windlace is riveted to the upper roof trim and the rear door openning windlace is installed with the flat under the rear door pillar trim upholstery. I am not sure how the low cab is done.

Thanks, 35 Pickup Man, however mine is a low cab. Sorry, I should of included that in my original post. Maybe someone could look at their low cab and let me know?

I replaced mine in my 36 GMC lowcab about a year ago. Not too difficult, the hardest part was starting at floor level by seat. As I went up the door frame, I used small phillips screw drivers to hold the windlace in place as I went. I can send you pictures, if that would help.
