Hi 409, I never had a problem putting them in, but I had problems getting them out with out cutting the gasket. If you follow the shop manual you should not have a problem. I have used vasaoline on the lip as a lubricant and it worked well. You need to make sure all of the trim clips are on and in good shape. You will also need to get the correct glazing compound, I will look in the shop in the morn and give you the 3-M number.
Also use new gaskets!!!!!
