The doors on my '40 coupe swing too far open.

Believe I need to order the "door check link rods" and the related "check bumpers". So ... does this mean I need to remove the door panels to get access?

Any other suggestions before I tackle this?

I am not sure about the 40 model but all others that I have seen you will have to remove the door lining to fit the check links.
