Or maybe just paint the spoke with that liquid tape stuff. Junkyard Dog Registered: 11/23/01 Posts: 20041 Loc: Eagle Point, Oregon	Large heat shrink tubing is not even close in design to the original ribbed and rolled end spoke covers. The shrink tubing would look about as good as just painting the steel spokes black. The correct spoke covers really set off the 1929-30 steering wheel. By the way, the 1929-30 truck steering wheels, while the same wheel as the passenger cars (other than the top aluminum bezel) did not use the rubber spoke covers, only the passenger cars from that period. $\:D$ $\:D$ $\:D$ $\:D$ _________________________ The Mangy Old Mutt "If It's Not Junk.....It's Not Treasure!"
