Hi I just pulled a 62 1/2 ton home with a 235 donar motor for my '50 1 ton. This truck is fresh out of the barn and has been sitting for about 20 yrs it has 86k miles.I have oiled the cylinders and pulled the valve cover. The #6 exhaust is stuck open any advice on freeing it up without pullin' the head? Thanks.

Word has that the old farmer guy that parked it back in the 80's did so because of his eye sight going bad. I tend to believe the story cuz the doors, fenders, hood, tailgate everything has a dent in it except the bumpers,go figure?

Just a word of caution, I had a 235 truck engine that had set outside for 20 years,it had been pulled "Running when parked" that had some stuck exhaust valves, I unstuck them but the ones that were stuck also were almost rusted into down next to the head, I would have had a problem if I had not pulled the head. Probably one of them could have destroyed the piston and cylinder wall and the head.
