Well yes sought of a 27 come 28 come 29, 27 never made a convertible Cabriolet so I suspect the doors a 28 convertible cabriolet the rest of the body looks like 27 but the headlights are 29? my two cents worth.

A Sport Cabriolet was built in 1927. It had an non-folding top and rumble seat. They were painted a robin's egg blue. The Sport Convertible Cabriolet with folding top was a 1928. Had rumble seat and most were Romany (dark) red.

Yes Chip you are right most 28 Convertible cabriolets were red and a few Congo smoke (olive green colour) ,I have just looked at the photos again and maybe this is a 28 body on a 27 chassis the rear quarters have the holes for the folding landau irons and the doors do appear to have been red at some stage.
I have seen a 27 Convertible Poster in the GM Heritage Centre when we were at Flint it was a large poster on the wall ,I am guessing an artist impression.?
