morgan Grease Monkey Registered: 07/18/02 Posts: 23 Loc: Piedmont, SC	My Del Ray has vacuum windsheild wipers and manual brakes. I'd like to consider upgrading both. Will this hurt the original value of the car very much? I don't ever plan to sell it, but I want to keep it as original as possible, but safe for cruising with the family. Power brakes (thought about discs, but sounds too involved) Electric wipers (what brand have y'all tried? original parts widely available?) _________________________ Jon Morgan, SC, USA '58 Del Ray 2 dr, post, seamist ("Green 41" in grease pencil writing still on firewall), 99,500miles, 235 6cyl, 3speed column shift, no power nuthin'. No seatbelts, no oil filter.

Chev Nut Registered: 01/08/02 Posts: 14900 Loc: West Allis,Wi.	Neither the eletric wipers or the FACTORY power brakes will hurt the value of your 1958 6 cylinder.Both were factory options. _________________________ Chevgene
