Note the automobile in the very first of the video. One of us? Don't know what that was in the garage.

Can not imagine what these folks are going through.

I don't see the people going to their mailbox soon. So what will happen to the mail in the boxes?

Yes, A really, really bad day.

From what I have been hearing down here it isnt only 1 day, this has been almost lead news for several days this week.
I hope no VCCA members are affected by this.
It will be a long time before people will be collecting the mail delivered in the video and longer before they are living on their own property again.
My thoughts and prayers for ALL affected by the fires.
I think 1931Sal lives in that state but havent heard if he is anywhere near the disaster.

Yes, our thoughts and prayers are with all people affected by disasters.

Santa Rosa is the seat of the Redwood Empire VCCA Region. Here is a link to the Cal Fire maps of the fires in the area: Napa Valley fire map

I know of three non-VCCA families affected and thankfully, all are safe.

Dean

Thank you for that comment. Sal is the only Chat member I know that might be effected but 4 hours away would put him a safe distance at this stage.
I dont know the detailed geography of the US but do know Sal is on the west coast
