The chrome handle on the hand brake rod is loose and easily rotates and comes off. There is an unthreaded hole in the side of the handle and a round hole on one side of the brake rod, and a rectangular hole on the opposite side of the brake rod. What is the means of attaching the handle to the rod? Thanks
