The wiper towers were the same from 1941-48 (except some had the plumbing for the washer)
But the links were changed a few times,Twice in 1942 alone.
The 1941 and early 1942 had a small hole and no rubber bushing.
the late 1942 and early 1946 had no bushing but a different size hole.
All late 1946 thru 1948 used the larger hole with a rubber bushing.
The size and type of the pins on the wiper motor lever determined the hole size.
So a 1941 wiper motor could be installed on a 1948 using the 1941 links.
