Can anyone tell me if the grille emblem on a 39 master 85 is chrome or painted? The Filling Station has reproductions but I don't know which one is correct.

The emblem is chrome with blue and red trim for the name and shield.The reproductions are available unpainted and it necessary for you to paint as the originals were or you can purchase one already painted.Either way they are just chrome plated pot metal.
