Just received a pair of nos covered rear leaf springs for my coupe. They are in very good shape for 64 years old but do have a few places on them where they have been scraped or scratched and now there is light rust forming. My question is how to stop the rust and what to cover (paint)these places with so the areas will blend in with the rest of the finish.
