Those items that you mentioned will probably take a lot of searching but don't give up! Just getting the frame and maybe badly rusted springs for the seats would be a really amazing find.

This guy says he is parting out 38 Panel. I have no idea about the truck. He says email for more info. The truck has no title and is not running. $1500. Check it out. Something might be useful. Lehighton, PA.

Bob Adler is a VCCA member and has written several articles for the G&D and is very familiar with the early chevy trucks. He's a good source for information and parts for trucks of the 40's and 50's.

He also writes a monthly column in Antique Truck. It is usually a fairly in depth treatment of a topic. It is the first part of the magazine that I read when it comes.
