Hello all Im new to the forum. I own a restoration shop in Wisconsin and we're in the process of restoring a 46 chevy canopy express half ton and one ton. Need a little help from all you chevy experts out there. First question about tnis truck is I in the middle of fitting the running board to the body and the board has a step in it, does anybody know what the reasoning of this is and holw its suppost to fit to the body? Does the body fit in the step or was that step only for pick up truck? 2nd question is is there a judging book for the chevy club? What I mean is there a book with how these trucks are judged?
