I am working on a 1930 3 window coup. I have the two front fender braces on the frame and I am trying to place the headlight bar on to see how it fits. It doesn’t fit and the braces need to be bent out. Drivers side is in more that passenger side. Got any ideas on how to bend and adjust the braces? I need to get it before I place the finders on.

Try loosening the fender brackets from frame, then put headlight support in place bolted loosely to brackets, and gradually tighten everything up and you should be OK. Repeat same procedure when fenders are in place. I had similar problem getting my headlight bar to fit but the above procedure solved problem.
