Tried to honk the horns. Applied juice, the horns "thump" but no vibrated. Removed juice, "click". It sounded as contact closed then opened. Suggestions??? When I received the horns they were apart to be painted. I put them back together. Looked right. Any adjustment? Looked in the manual but found nothing. _________________________

I think there is an adjuster but it may be inside the cover. When you find it apply power for short bursts while adjusting at least until it makes a continuous noise, then adjust for even tone. Dont try it at midnight or the neighbours may get a little upset. Tony

Have you had the horns apart? I took mine apart to clean them and put the diaphragms in backward. When I tried to honk them all I got was what you describe. I turned the diaphragms around and they worked fine.
Yes tiny, when I got them they were both all apart and in one box in pieces. The first time I put them together they could not be mounted as I've seen them mounted. Guess I'll pull and hope third time's a charm.
