this is my first post...so salutations everyone.I am restoring a 62 impala would anyone have a lead on a well worn gas pedal and the little metal bracket that fastens pedal to the rod?the floor brackets I can make due with. I was told any chevy gas pedal 60-64 is universal.If this is incorrect please respond. thanks

The '58-'62 original pedals were rubber coated steel. '63 went to a plastic pedal and '64 was plastic but with a notch at the top for clearance with the swing rod.

Verne
