I finally finished with your metering rod gauge. I'll drop it in the mail this weekend. It worked like a charm. Car starts easily, runs like a dream (except for a vibration at 45-50 mph), but the carb still seems to seep a little gas from the plugs. I just can't get it sealed tight. Perhaps things will be better when I put the rebuilt correct 420S on my 39.
