I'm looking to confim if I am able to transfer the flywheel from a 1968 230L6 or 250L6 to a 327V8. I do not have the engine anymore so I can not confirm size, I thought it was a 250, but can not be 100% sure. What I don't know is if the 230/250's were internally balanced. If they were, I'd tend to believe that moving the flywheel to the V8 would not be a problem. Any insight would be much appreciated.
