I want to fit a vintage radio to my '68 Camaro. Camaro radios are apparently made of gold, and Nova radios don't fit anything but Novas. Will any other period GM radios interchange?

Because of the special mounting pattern only Camaro or Firebird will work.Chevelle and Impala are quite different.Retro sound offers the same mounting and knob confriguation with modern convinaces
