The Albaugh Classic fundraising car show will be July 23 this year in Ankeny Iowa. For those of you who are not familiar with the Albaugh collection, it consist of 150 or so Chevrolet only cars, including a convertible of every year from 1914 to 1975, and a convertible vette of every year from 53 to 75. Also chevelle and camaro convertibles and trucks and muscle cars. Dennis will open the doors for the day, and will host all other makes of cars, parking them on his golf course.

Last done in 2009, there were 440 cars outside plus his vehicles in the air conditioned museum. I expect 600 cars this year and the charge is $20(includes 2 people) to show a car or $10 per person admission. All entrants will receive a 10 x 11 oak placque with a picture of them in their car and a dash placque.

All proceees go to the local high school. Co-sponsored by Karl Chevrolet, also of Ankeny Iowa.

Those of you attending the 100 year celebration may want to plan on this stop on your way home. Approx. 10 hrs. from Flint, 10 miles north of I-80 on I-35.

Thanks, Andy.
