This is supposed to be new to chat? Why do we find so many other items here? I would think this would be dedicated to how to use chat. For example, how do I include a picture? Which is what I am trying to do. All other post should be moved to appropriate areas.

All items pertaining to the chat site should be posted in the "Chat Suggestions, Comments or Issues" forum. All other postings should be in their appropriate forums.

The "New To Chat" forum is for new members to make their very first posting if they don't know in which forum they should post, and, you are right, nothing else should be posted in this forum.

Gently nudge the person to post their next thread in a different forum -- or if the initial posting gets a lot of traffic quickly, then it can be MOVED to the appropriate one.
