I rebuilt the shocks on my 1931 pickup but could not find the seals for the shocks. so I looked in my motorcycle seal stock and found that the 22x38x7 mm seal worked perfect in replacing the cork or leather seal and does not leak at all. I did grind down the width so would fit in the metal retainer.
