ron1967 Shade Tree Mechanic Registered: 02/17/11 Posts: 135 Loc: centennial, co 80122	powder coating makes a great undercoating for a new paint harder/extreemly durable and is a great surface to paint to if the particular color you want is not avail in powder coating thickness is far greater than a paint so you will have to mask off any surface that will need to take a close tolerance part in the future
