I have a problem. My doors are bowing outward about 1/2 to 3/4" at the bottom when they are closed. Is this a warping problem due to the wood structure? Can this be fixed? or do I just live with it...

Put a rod/turnbuckle setup from the back bottom corner to top front corner of the door. As you tighten the turnbuckle it will bring the back of the door inward. If you have to tighten too much it will eventually begin to pull the back of the door upward so take it easy.

How Sweet the roar of a Chevy four!
I dig through the photos I have and they don't show the detail that I remembered I have a photo before restoration that shows a strap metal piece going from the top corner to the bottom corner. If I remember xodrrectly we routed a small Chanel into the panel where the strap was and put the turn buckle in the open area below we restored the wood portion of oucab in tjs mid sixties so my memory is a little rough we sold the car in 93.
