Well, this one could be long or simple. Do you still have the original I beam axel? Drag link is different for delux with kneeaction front end. I have some sets of used tie rod and drag links of both if you are going back stock. The 38 box is different from 37 and most say it is better.

First of all, welcome to this site. I am sure you will find this a great place to visit. Have you had access to a Master Parts catalog? Here is a link to one online: Steering GearI have a 38 Master with a straight axle. The sheet metal is still on the car at the moment but I can go and look at it when needed if it would be helpful.

I got two steering boxes with my 38 coupe, BUT, the column was cut off both of them. I used one for a while with a coupler to a tilt column. This has been changed now. So, I have these two steering boxes. I assume they are both 38 and they do bolt up to the frame in the correct position. If you are interested in one or both let me know
