I am putting a new Carb on my 235 and need to know if the gasket goes on first, then the heat insulator or the heat insulator and then the gasket. I called the Filling Station and the Dude told me to put two gaskets on but as I remember, this don't sound right. Thanks for the help.

The factory put it together with NO gaskets. They are not necessary as long as the surfaces are clean. I have never used a gasket and never had a problem.
If you do use a gasket it is very important that the gasket between the insulator and the carburetor has the notches (like the ones in the insulator) cut out.
