ifightfire Grease Monkey Registered: 08/25/10 Posts: 1 Loc: southern PA	1928 4 door chevy 6 cylinder car. The 2 brass plugs on top of the fuel pump. there is a spring under the plug... is there saposta be a small fiber or rubber flap inside under the spring?
