i don't have tittles all i have is parts. engines have dates on them but the cars don't seem to have any identification at all. where would a number plate be, if there is even suppose to be one?
i've never played with any thing this old before.i know most american car but this era car tends to look the same.
i was looking at some pics of member cars and i saw one that looks like mine. but i herd that the 16 didnt have an opening door for the driver. are there q's like that for every year?

Look at the edge of the flywheel for the stamped number there. In 1916/17 the cars had "leaps" on the front of the front fenders. You will find engine number for when the parts were moulded. Put some pictures here of the body, or vital parts and we will be able to help. The ID plate will be on the dash board if not thrown away.

I received a reply from Ken Kaufmann today:

The flywheel number is the engine number.
The D number is close to a 1920-21, as is the car no. 6- 28032.. Best to look for block date code and number.
Ken

Hope that helps.

thank you. so the car with the body is a 20-21. because the tag and the engine with the D on the flywheel are the same car. what about the fly wheel H62784 car?

I found the missing letter in your email adress in your profile here. I have repeated my email to you.

bjcbk623aagmailcm (Add a m to co). You should correct your profile here to avoid the error.

The H62784 should be the engine # according to Ken's message.
