The A arm busing are rubber and there is no friction there. The rubber just twists. If they are squeeking it indicates they are worn out and there is metal to metal contact. They all should be replaced. If it were mine I would then replace the ball joints and the steering idler arm bushings also....and have the tie rod ends inspected for wear.
When completed it will require a front end alignment ....... and steer like a new car.
