The car sounds like a real gem, per the description on ebay. Sorry for you it turned out you had to sell it. Nice to see you got the 'buy it now' price. I presume it's worth every penny of that.

It's probably worth more considering the enormous restortation costs these days. Not to fear but we are almost done restoring our 1949 Chevrolet convertible! Quality wise it should put the one we just sold to shame.

That car was probably one of the best restored 1949 Chevrolets in the US. You could not began to restore one for that kind of money. Plus it is ready to go so you can enjoy it from the first day. No need to work on it for the next five years before it can be driven.

Hey Gene,
We sold the Fleetline and are now focusing full time (and money) on the convertible. We are going overboard on this one and I think it will put the Oxford Maroon car to shame! Really, really hoping it will be ready for Michigan. Gee, now that we have a stall available...should we look for a nice 1926 Touring???
