I get them at Chevrolet parts Dept, O'Rielly's or Napa. press the old ones out and take it with you or look the number up in a parts book, most are 7/16 20 thread, the sholder , length etc. are different for different applications, You can hammer them back in, but sometimes that don't get them in straight and the wheel holes won't line up. I prefer to use a shop press. If you hammer them in and the wheel holes don't line up put a lug nut on to protect the threads and with a big hammer straighten them up, when you put the wheel back on and really tighten them up they usually will straighten out. Be careful and don't ruin the hubs by having a too loose sholder on a lug. I have seen them be welded in by a shade tree and that ain't the correct way to do it, only if you have a hole that is ruined and have to use the old hub. I have done it for a cheap-skate trucking contractor. I don't think welding in lug bolts will pass federal standards.

when installing lug studs, if i don't have access to a press like Mr Mack suggests, i lubricate the stud/axle flange, insert the stud trying to align the splines of the flange and stud, get or make a steel bushing that is about 3/4" shorter than the length of the stud protruding theu the flange, insert bushing over the stud , then tighten lug nut on stud with an air impact wrench. the sturd will align perpendicular to the flange.good luck, mike

Yes that is a good way or if you don't have a bushing, but you have an unmounted wheel use it to align the lugs.
