anyone got any of the metal brackets related to the plywood cover over the gas tank? also need the two metal strips that hold the bottom fiber board panel on the sides of the trunk.

I don't have any of the items you seek but I do have a few pics that show the brackets in question. They weren't taken with the idea of showing those parts so there's no size info and they don't show all of the parts. I can e-mail them to you if you think they'll help. I've never seen those parts on ebay. I have seen the strips that hold the bottom of the trunk liner down on e-bay just a few weeks ago. There's another member looking for them and I e-mailed him but he didn't get the e-mail until after the auction ended. I do have a couple of pics showing the shape of the strips in case you want to try to make a pair. Let me know.
I know somebody out there has streetrodded either a 37 or 38 coupe. So there must be some of the trunk/gas compartment sheetmetal/brackets around somewhere.
