Bobkra Shade Tree Mechanic Registered: 12/28/09 Posts: 51 Loc: NC,USA	Does anyone know which side of the engine block the connecting rod numbers should be on Numbers being 1,2,3,4 on the side of rod? Also, Which way should pistons face? My engine looks like the side with the size( ex .006) facing toward the front. I want to make sure mine are correct. Bob

If the rods are already numbered use them 1-4 with 1 being at the front of the engine.
