got the wiring harness from the filling station--very nice by the way. trying to determine what shape electrical connector to solder on the ends of the two wires giong to the horn. round or forked terminal or offset forked terminal? does the conduit get a ferrule on both ends? does the conduit carry thru the opening in the grill shell and if so, how far into the engine compartment? all this was missing when i got the cabriolet. thanks guys. mike

Round terminal ends soldered onto the wire not crimped. The conduit has ferrule on both ends though since the conduit extends through rubber grommet into the radiator shell that end is hidden between the shell and radiator. The conduit only extends a inch or two into the shell.

My old harness had round terminals, the conduit had ferrules on both ends and it extended about two inches inside the shell.
