I have been looking in all the wrong places, but have a interest in purchasing a 1926-1928 Roadster (so I don't have to buy a Model T).

What would the range in prices be? I would be leaning towards a 26-27 for the shorter wheelbase, etc. Any particular place to look other than Hemmings and eBay?

I am in the process of sending in the membership form to VCCA, for what thats worth.

You can except to pay somewhere around $5,000 to $20,000.

I have a 1928 Roadster for sale. If interested send me an email for the details. The major advantage of a 28 is the 4-wheel brakes. The 27 and earlier are only two wheel.
