Where did the dome light wire hook up to on the body and also, what was the twisted wire going to the rear for. I was thinking the rear tail light but not sure. I wil be putting this in tomorrow and the next day if it doesn't rain much. (yes I am working on it outside , Barn is full of goodys). One thing I need is the dome light switch if anyone has one.

Not sure on the dome light as mine was rewired ~40 years ago. It had a ground wire twisted with the hot wire from the switch to the light. Ground wire extended past the switch and then was hooked to the frame to make the ground.

The two wires running to the back should be the tail light and brake light.

I am back at it and have the old harness out and the new one going in well so far, BUT, does anyone know how the original tail light plug comes apart? It is good shape for original and I don't want to break it or the conduit.
